Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 10, 2026

Lexconnect Tech Solutions LLC ("LexConnect," "we," "us," or "our") operates getlexconnect.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. Please read it carefully.

LexConnect is a marketing and intake service that connects people who request help after an accident or work injury with independent law firms. LexConnect is NOT a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed with LexConnect.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us and a limited amount of information about how you use our website.

Information you provide directly, including through our website forms, our ads and landing pages, SMS or text message, WhatsApp, or a phone call:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your location (such as city, state, or ZIP code)
  • Details about your incident — for example, the date, what happened, injuries reported, whether it was a work injury or a vehicle accident, and any insurance or employer information you choose to share

Usage data and cookies. When you visit our website, we and our vendors may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the ad or link that brought you to us. We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

Please do not send us sensitive information you do not want shared with a law firm. We only need enough detail to evaluate and route your request.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Evaluate your request and route it to a law firm that handles matters like yours
  • Contact you by SMS/text, WhatsApp, phone, or email about your request — including follow-up questions, status updates, and scheduling
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our services, intake scripts, and website
  • Measure the performance of our advertising, so we know which campaigns actually help people find legal help
  • Prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with our legal obligations

Who we share it with

We share your information with:

  • The law firm your request is routed to. This is the core purpose of our service. Once your information is shared with a law firm, that firm handles it under its own privacy practices.
  • Service providers who help us operate — such as messaging and SMS platforms, telephony and call-recording vendors, email providers, hosting and website vendors, CRM and analytics providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • As required by law — for example, in response to a subpoena, court order, or lawful request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

SMS / Text Messaging

By submitting a form on our website or social media, or by messaging us first, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Lexconnect Tech Solutions LLC regarding your request for legal help, including follow-up questions and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Information you provide about your case is shared only with the law firm you are connected to, for the purpose of evaluating your matter.

Call recording

Calls to and from LexConnect may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, and intake purposes. If you do not want your call recorded, tell the representative and you may continue by email or text instead.

Automated tools

Some conversations — including calls, texts, and chat messages — may be handled in whole or in part by automated or AI assistants. You may ask to speak with a person at any time and we will connect you with one.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve your request, meet our business and record-keeping needs, and comply with legal obligations — and then we delete it or de-identify it. If you ask us to delete your information, see "California privacy rights" below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the following rights:

  • Right to know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we collected it, and who we shared it with.
  • Right to delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct — request that we fix inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny you service or give you a lesser experience for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at operations@getlexconnect.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request" and tell us what you would like us to do. We will verify your identity — usually by confirming information you already gave us, such as the phone number or email you submitted — and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, email operations@getlexconnect.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated version here. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
