Acceptance of these terms

By visiting the Site, submitting a form, calling or messaging us, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

What we do — and what we do not do

LexConnect is a marketing and intake service. We gather basic information about your situation and connect you with an independent law firm that may be able to help.

LexConnect is not a law firm and does not practice law. Nothing on this Site, in our ads, or in any conversation with our team is legal advice. Using the Site or speaking with us does not create an attorney-client relationship with LexConnect.

We do not guarantee that any law firm will accept your matter, that you will be represented, or that you will receive any particular outcome, settlement, or recovery. Any decision to take your case is made by the law firm, not by us. Case results depend on the specific facts and law involved and vary from matter to matter.

Legal claims are subject to deadlines (statutes of limitations). Submitting a form to LexConnect does not stop, pause, or preserve any deadline. If you are concerned about a deadline, contact a licensed attorney directly and promptly.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are seeking help on behalf of a minor or someone unable to act for themselves, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate, current, and complete information, and to update us if it changes. Law firms rely on what you tell us to decide whether they can help, so inaccurate information can delay or prevent a connection.

You also agree not to:

• Submit information about another person without their permission
• Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reuse the Site or its content for a competing service

Communications consent

By submitting a form, messaging us, or calling us, you consent to be contacted by SMS/text, WhatsApp, phone, and email about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time; reply HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and some conversations may be handled by automated or AI assistants. You may ask to speak with a person at any time.

Referral relationship and compensation

LexConnect may be compensated by participating law firms for marketing and intake services. That compensation does not change what you pay — our Services are free to you — and it does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and LexConnect.

Any fee arrangement for legal representation is strictly between you and the law firm you engage. Review and understand that agreement before you sign it.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the LexConnect name and marks, page layouts, and software — are owned by Lexconnect Tech Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to view and use the Site for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that any information on it is complete or current, or that any law firm you are connected with will meet your expectations. Participating law firms are independent; we do not control and are not responsible for their conduct, advice, or results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexConnect and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services — whether based in contract, tort, warranty, or any other theory, and even if we were advised such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Site or Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lexconnect Tech Solutions LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, the information you submit, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page and post the updated version here. Your continued use of the Site or Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
